Our Cream Ale combines smooth malt
character with the flavors of chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow
Piney and resinous with citrus and tropical aroma. Highlighting Crystal, Centennial, Amararillo, and Simcoe hops.
The saturated flavor of citrusy goodness of orange and grapefruit come from our hand selected lot of Amarillo grown by Crosby hops. To the saturated ripe quality we added El Dorado which brings a sweet and resinous quality, reminiscent of macerated watermelon, peach, and tropical fruits.

We worked again with local award-winning chocolate maker Moku Chocolate. Their cacao husks are met this year with roasted Tanzanian cacao nibs. The resulting beverage has a sweet bite of up-front acidity from marionberries, deep and rich chocolate aromatics, and a soft vanilla finish.
A rich, deep blackberry backbone and floral high notes of perfumey blueberry all brought together with a balanced toasted oak nose. This delicate, complex combo is like a one-two punch for your taste-buds.
