A bold, full-bodied brew that dives deep into rich, malty complexity. Brewed with Red X malt, two-row barley, and a few dark grains, this beer boasts deep, roasty flavors with a hint of caramel and dark fruit.  Each sip takes you further into the dark, mysterious depths of flavor—an experience as rich and intense as the beer itself. 

        One-Horse   Winch is a delectable Dry Irish Stout, with roasted coffee notes and slight   bitterness over a smooth medium body that goes down creamy and quick.    

        This red   IPA has a toffee-like malt backbone, but explodes with big pine and stone   fruit notes.    

        Juicy   guava and just a hint of habanero create a flavor fusion that your tastebuds   won't want to miss. Not too seet and not too spicy, but just right as   Goldilocks would say.    

        The   perfect beverage to compliment crisp days, cozy sweaters, and the comfort of   a warm fire. This craft cider infuses local NW apple juice with warm mulling   spices paired with perfectly sweet plums. This elegantly spiced cider smells   divine and tastes even better.    

        Piney   and resinous with citrus and tropical aroma. Highlighting Crystal,   Centennial, Amararillo, and Simcoe hops.    

        The   saturated flavor of citrusy goodness of orange and grapefruit come from our   hand selected lot of Amarillo grown by Crosby hops. To the saturated ripe   quality we added El Dorado which brings a sweet and resinous quality,   reminiscent of macerated watermelon, peach, and tropical fruits.

        Chocolate   coffee Porter with a hint of caramel    

        Irish   Red Ale finished with a bit of honey that extends the flavor    

        Black   Bock, Double decocted, black toast, chasm roast, punishingly bleak    

        Hauntingly   refreshing and crystal clear with intense pink tropical fruit, citrus, and a   hint of dank.

 Pillowy white foam on top of a ghostly body of light gold with a kiss of haze. Herbal notes of lemongrass, white pepper, fresh grass, pine, pear, and nectarine. Fresh flavors of arugula, mint, pine, lemon zest, jasmine tea, lemon short bread, and sulfur. Finishes soft, pithy, citrusy, with a kiss of savory sulfur pulling you back for more 

 Bright golden body topped with thick off-white foam. Intriguing aromas of apricot, passionfruit, pine, and melon. Fresh flavors of peach, pithy grapefruit, and watermelon. Finishes clean, tropical, and resinous.
